At Nobinobi Hiroba Aoyama, we care for children aged 0 to 6 who require support due to disabilities, as well as children under 18 who have developmental disabilities and attend school, providing therapy to help them continue living in group and community settings during after-school hours and long breaks.
Daily therapy includes homework assistance, creative activities, physical support, daily living training, and outdoor activities. By implementing programs focused on learning therapy and physical therapy, we provide high-quality therapy. Through various therapy programs, we support children to grow into loving adults without difficulties in daily life.
Job Duties
Support the growth of children with developmental disabilities and those needing assistance through exercise and learning during after-school hours and long breaks. We increase opportunities for interaction outside of home and school, supporting children to maintain an independent life in group and community settings. We value interactions and connections with local residents, providing various recreational activities. We fully support children and their families to respect each child's individuality and imagination, allowing them to live freely and without haste.
