About This Role
Supporting the individualized education for children with developmental needs is at the heart of the role at LITALICO Junior. This position focuses on providing tailored learning experiences to each child, recognizing their unique strengths and challenges.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized support based on each child's needs, working with small groups of 1 to 4 students per instructor.
- Provide support to parents through consultations regarding daily concerns and conduct parent training sessions.
- Approach the environments surrounding children, providing support in schools and kindergartens.
- Engage in other tasks related to classroom management.
Requirements
- There are no mandatory qualifications or experience required; those without qualifications or experience are welcome.
- Preferred qualifications (not mandatory) include experience working with children in roles such as daycare assistance or tutoring.
- Ability to empathize and respond to clients, such as in customer service or sales roles.
- Possession of a childcare worker qualification or teaching licenses for kindergarten or elementary/secondary education is a plus.
- Qualifications in physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, mental health, clinical psychology, or social work are advantageous.
- Those with a qualification for child guidance are also welcome, especially if they have relevant practical experience.
