The Brien Center, Berkshire County’s largest provider of community mental health and addiction services, is seeking a Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health team. We welcome both new graduates and experienced psychiatric NPs who are passionate about serving children, teens, and families in a community-based setting.

- One of the largest community behavioral health organizations in Western Massachusetts
- Approximately 500 employees serving residents across Berkshire County
- Comprehensive services including outpatient care, residential programs, addiction treatment, and a 24/7 crisis team
- Patients include individuals with serious mental illness, depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, and more
Position Highlights
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing psychiatric treatment
- Work with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of clinicians, case managers, and crisis staff
- Diagnose psychiatric conditions and prescribe medications
- No physical exams required
- Regular supervision provided by a board-certified psychiatrist
- Meaningful work supporting children and adolescents in a community-focused environment
