To stay ahead of this curve, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Transformation Officer to lead a group-wide transformation program across our manufacturing facilities.

Process Development & Operational Excellence

  • Assess current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for lean transformation, automation, and digitalization across cutting, sewing, finishing, and supporting functions.
  • Standardize best practices across factories; institutionalize continuous improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma) culture.
  • Champion Industry 4.0 adoption — real-time production monitoring, digital work studies, and data-integrated planning.

KPI Development & Implementation

  • Design a group-wide KPI framework covering productivity, efficiency, quality, delivery, cost, sustainability, and people metrics.
  • Implement dashboards and management operating systems that enable data-driven decision-making from shop floor to boardroom.
  • Establish performance review cadences and accountability structures across all factories.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 15 years
  • Education: bachelor of science in industrial engineering
  • Skills: business transformation, organizational culture transformation, corporate sustainability, sustainability consulting, cxo, digital transformation strategy, senior executive leadership, ceo succession, senior management, senior executive
