Responsibilities
- Outline a future-oriented HR policy that aligns with the company's values and grows with its international ambitions
- Play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent; identify recruitment needs and guide the entire recruitment process together with the recruiter
- Act as a sparring partner for management, coach for leaders, and confidant for all employees
- Support HR colleagues where necessary with international payroll and personnel administration
- Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and changes in regulations regarding both soft and hard HR, and apply them effectively

- Express yourself fluently, both orally and in writing, in Dutch and English
- Preferably have at least 5 years of relevant work experience and be proficient in both soft and hard HR
