Chief People Officer

About This Role

This leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s overall people strategy, overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and organizational development. The Chief People Officer will work closely with senior leadership to align HR policies and programs with business objectives, foster a high-performing and inclusive culture, and support succession planning for key roles.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in succession planning and long-term workforce planning to support organizational growth and continuity
• Strong background in employee relations, with the ability to address workplace issues fairly, build trust, and support a positive, inclusive culture
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies that ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and reflect best practices
• Proven ability in performance management, including setting expectations, managing reviews, and aligning individual goals with firm objectives
• Track record of developing and executing employee engagement initiatives that improve retention, satisfaction, and overall employee experience
• 8+ years of progressive HR or people leadership experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable people strategies
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization

• Advanced degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
• Experience in financial services or professional services environments
