This Chief Operating Officer role is for a visionary and empathetic leader to guide a dynamic financial services team towards its next major milestone. Requirements

• Exceptional empathy and communication skills, with a strong understanding of finance and people
• 15+ years of experience in the financial sector (e.g., investment banking, wealth management, or FinTech) with a deep understanding of industry dynamics
• Capable of maintaining a 30,000-foot strategic view while being equally ready to roll up your sleeves to solve practical, on-the-ground challenges
• Remains curious about new developments, embraces change, and possesses the ability to guide the team safely from point A to point B
