About This Role

This executive role oversees manufacturing operations across two facilities for an established non-ferrous foundry and machining company. The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for operational performance, production efficiency, quality, safety, and strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven track record of executive leadership in operations management within a complex organization or industry
• Extensive experience in managing business operations, project management, process improvement, and large-scale organizational change management
• Demonstrated success in business development management, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
• Supervising experience with senior leadership teams; capable of motivating and guiding diverse groups toward common goals
• Strong background in operational analysis, profit and loss analysis, data-driven decision making, and implementing operational excellence initiatives
• Excellent verbal communication skills with executives; adept at presenting complex information clearly and persuasively
• Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on strategic priorities
• Experience leading change management efforts during significant organizational transformations or restructuring processes
