About the role
Stellar Executive Search is proud to be exclusively partnering with Pop Family to appoint an exceptional Chief Operating Officer .
Pop is Australia's leading telehealth speech pathology provider, supporting children and adults nationwide since 2016. With an expanding national footprint, the business is entering its next phase of growth and is seeking a commercially minded COO to help scale operations and support continued success.
Working closely with the founders, you'll bring structure, accountability and operational discipline to the business while driving growth, performance and organisational effectiveness.

- Systems, processes and people infrastructure to support growth
- Leadership development and organisational capability
- Employee engagement, culture and effectiveness
- Growth initiatives and new service offerings
- Continuous improvement and operational excellence
What makes you the right fit:
- Proven operational leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience scaling teams, systems and businesses
- High emotional intelligence and strong stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated change management capability
- Experience in founder-led, entrepreneurial or high-growth environments
- A track record of turning strategy into results
- Experience within speech pathology or healthcare is not essential

This role will be predominantly office-based, with a strong preference for regular attendance at Pop's Hawthorne office.
