Job Description As the first Chief of Staff at Pomo, you will partner directly with the CEO (ex-DeepMind) to build the company’s operational foundation. You will run the operating cadence, own high-stakes cross-functional projects like fundraising and GTM experiments, and act as a force multiplier across product and operations to accelerate growth.

What You Will Do

• Manage the company’s operating rhythm, including strategic planning, OKRs, weekly metrics, and board communication to ensure team-wide alignment.
• Lead zero-to-one cross-functional initiatives such as fundraising preparation, hiring pipeline development, and early-stage GTM experiments.
• Translate CEO priorities into actionable execution plans, acting as a force multiplier across product, marketing, and operational functions.

The ideal candidate

• 3-7 years of experience in high-ownership roles such as early-stage startup founder, management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/bizops.
• Exceptional analytical and writing skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready communication and plans.
• A bias for action and comfort with ambiguity, thriving in a fast-paced environment where shipping and iterative learning are core principles.
