■具体的な業務内容
- 経営戦略および重要プロジェクトの企画・推進
- 社長の意思決定支援（資料作成、分析、課題整理など）
- 予算レビューの支援
- 経営会議の運営（アジェンダ設計、ファシリテーション）
- 全社横断プロジェクトの管理・調整
- 各部門（人事、財務、オペレーション等）との連携強化
- 社長の優先順位管理および時間管理の最適化支援
- 組織運営および業務プロセスの改善・定着推進

Requirements ■必須
- ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル
- ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
- 営業経験
- 事業企画、経営企画、コンサルティング等の経験
- 外資系企業での勤務経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- MBAまたはファイナンスに関する知識
- Excel、BIツール等を用いたデータ分析経験
