This high-impact and cross-functional Chief of Staff role acts as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping Onehouse scale through its next phase of growth. The role is ideal for a senior operator who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants broad exposure to how a Series B company is built and scaled. You will operate across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership, owning day-to-day execution where needed and driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across the business.
