Chief of Staff

About This Role

This Chief of Staff role provides strategic support to the Chairman and CEO of a well-established group of companies. The successful candidate will monitor group-wide performance and key deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track group-wide performance, ensuring timely progress and completion of key deliverables
• Support the CEO in developing and implementing action plans aligned with the group’s goals and business objectives
• Manage incoming correspondence and communications, acting as the CEO’s gatekeeper and responding on the CEO’s behalf when appropriate
• Provide administrative and executive support, including preparing meeting agendas, reports, and presentation materials, as well as managing schedules and coordinating meetings
• Handle other ad hoc assignments and special projects as required by the CEO

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least five years of relevant work experience in for-profit organizations, preferably in similar industries
• Strong organizational skills and sound business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization

Nice to have:

• Background in accounting, business or corporate planning, or investment banking
• 5 years of corporate planning experience
