Reporting to senior hospital executive leadership, the Chief Nursing Officer will serve as the principal advocate and strategic leader for nursing services while collaborating closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, department directors, finance, human resources, quality, and operational partners. Responsibilities include guiding nursing strategy, recruiting and retaining outstanding talent, promoting accountability, overseeing clinical quality and patient experience, supporting accreditation and compliance, and developing future nursing leaders.
