Responsibilities

• Lead corporate branding, marketing communications, and brand development initiatives to strengthen market presence and competitive positioning
• Drive commercially focused marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and business expansion across multiple business lines
• Spearhead digital marketing strategies, leveraging emerging technologies, data analytics, and digital platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness and customer experience
• Translate customer insights, market intelligence, and consumer trends into actionable marketing strategies and new growth opportunities
• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, strategic collaborations, channel strategies, and partnership initiatives to maximize brand visibility and commercial impact
• Partner closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders to align marketing priorities with commercial objectives and organizational strategy

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline; MBA would be an advantage
• Minimum 15 years of progressive marketing experience, including substantial experience in senior marketing leadership roles
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, with demonstrated impact on brand positioning, customer growth, and business performance
• Candidates from financial services, fintech, digital payments, consumer businesses, or other commercial sectors are welcome
• Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, customer acquisition, integrated marketing, and commercial growth strategies
• Strategic and commercially driven mindset, with the ability to identify business opportunities and translate marketing initiatives into tangible results
