This Chief Marketing Officer role is for a strategic, growth-minded marketing leader who will shape the brand, expand its reach, and drive patient acquisition and engagement for a fast-moving, performance-driven healthcare organization. Your leadership and ideas will directly impact business growth and the mission to make mental healthcare more accessible and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
• Strengthen brand positioning and lead digital marketing, advertising, and market expansion initiatives
• Drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven campaigns
• Oversee marketing budgets, campaign performance, and return on investment
• Identify growth opportunities through market research, patient demographics, and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with executive leadership, operations, and business development to achieve organizational goals
• Build and lead high-performing marketing teams while managing external agency partnerships
• Ensure marketing initiatives align with healthcare advertising regulations and patient privacy requirements

Requirements

• Healthcare industry experience is required
• Proven experience in senior marketing leadership, such as CMO, VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or a comparable role
• A track record of developing marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth
• Experience in digital marketing, brand management, patient acquisition, and performance analytics
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and budget management skills
• Must currently reside in Houston, Texas
