About This Role
This role is for a Chief Marketing Officer to oversee Meta ad accounts and lead a small delivery team within a performance marketing agency. The successful candidate will manage paid acquisition for business owners, focusing on lead generation and overall client success.
Responsibilities
- Decide where the budget goes and build campaigns for client ads
- Read numbers daily and cut underperforming elements
- Direct the creative marketer on what to build and review incoming creative assets
- Oversee the appointment setter, including speed to lead, contact rate, and show rate
- Conduct short weekly check-ins with each client on appointment performance
- Onboard new clients, including sub-account setup, pipelines, calendars, automations, and launching the first campaign
Requirements
- Hands-on experience buying Meta ads for lead generation (not e-commerce)
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel, including sub-accounts, pipelines, calendars, and automations, without needing a tutorial
- Think in terms of cost per booked appointment and cost per closed deal
- Comfortable directing two teammates and holding them to a standard
- Fluent English with minimal accent, ensuring clear communication with North American clients
- Reliable internet and power, and a quiet space for client calls
