About This Role
This Chief Information Officer role involves leading the digital transformation of a business group, shaping a cohesive IT architecture linked to business processes, management decisions, and the company's financial model. It is suitable for a systematic IT leader ready to manage current infrastructure and build a modern, secure, and scalable IT system for the group.
Responsibilities
- Conduct an audit of existing IT systems, integrations, data, licenses, access, contractors, and risks
- Formulate the target IT architecture and a roadmap for digital transformation
- Define and implement a portfolio of projects for ERP, CRM, WMS, accounting systems, BI, and electronic document management
- Ensure the integration of key systems and the creation of a single, reliable information environment
- Manage the automation of business processes based on priorities, deadlines, budget, and measurable impact
- Build a system for cybersecurity, access management, backup, and recovery
- Formulate and control the IT budget, manage the team and external contractors
- Provide IT support to users in accordance with agreed SLAs
- Implement standards for data management, directory quality, and management reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT and digital transformation
- 2+ years in a CIO, IT Director, Head of Enterprise Applications, or group-level IT Architect position
- Practical experience in implementing ERP, CRM, BI, MDM, DMS, and integration solutions in a multi-company environment
- Experience managing a portfolio of transformation projects: from needs analysis and business case to implementation and results evaluation
- Understanding of architecture, integrations, data models, cybersecurity, cloud, and local infrastructure
- Experience in building an IT team and managing contractors
- Strong business acumen, managerial maturity, and ability to take responsibility for results
- Fluent Ukrainian and English at a level suitable for working with documentation and international suppliers
