About This Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees all financial operations within the company, ensuring effective budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning. This role suits a finance leader who can collaborate closely with senior leadership on business strategy and growth initiatives while promoting strong internal controls and efficient financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Lead the finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
- Drive robust financial reporting for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze financial performance and identify risks and opportunities
- Support strategic initiatives and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership on business strategy and capital investments
- Promote strong internal controls and efficient financial processes
Requirements
- Strong skills in finance and analytical skills to support data-driven decision making and strategic recommendations
- Expertise in financial planning to lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial strategy
- Proficiency in financial statements and financial reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant disclosures
- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably as a CFO or equivalent in manufacturing, consumer goods, or beverage industry
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial controls and risk management
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance and accounting teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA is highly beneficial
