This executive leadership opportunity is for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's global finance function, driving strategic growth, corporate finance, operational excellence, and digital transformation. Reporting to the Global Managing Director, the CFO will provide strategic financial leadership across all aspects of the business and partner with the Board and senior leadership to shape long-term business strategy. The role also involves leading the transformation of the finance function through modern finance technologies, intelligent automation, AI, advanced analytics, and best-practice financial governance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Company's financial and corporate finance strategy aligned with overall business strategy and long-term growth objectives
Partner with the Global Managing Director, Executive Leadership Team, and Board to shape corporate strategy and provide commercially focused financial advice
Lead capital allocation strategies that optimise shareholder value and support sustainable business growth
Evaluate strategic investments, acquisitions, divestments, partnerships, and expansion opportunities through financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
Lead financial due diligence and integration activities associated with mergers and acquisitions where applicable
Develop funding strategies to support international expansion, capital investment, and future growth initiatives
Optimise capital structure, liquidity, working capital, and treasury performance across the global organisation
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, advisors, investors, and other external stakeholders
Establish financial performance frameworks that support profitable growth, operational efficiency, and long-term enterprise value creation
Lead all financial management activities, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, and statutory compliance
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across all international entities
Develop robust financial planning and analysis capabilities that provide meaningful commercial insights and support strategic decision-making
Strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and enterprise risk management processes
Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and corporate governance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
Drive continuous improvement in finance operations through best-practice financial management and performance optimisation

Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimisation of the Company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and finance systems
Transform finance processes to improve efficiency, scalability, governance, and operational performance
Build an integrated finance technology environment that supports international operations, multi-entity reporting, acquisitions, and future growth
Champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA), and workflow automation to improve forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and operational efficiency
Leverage advanced analytics and business intelligence to deliver predictive insights and support executive decision-making
Proven success leading finance transformation initiatives and organisational change
Extensive experience implementing or transforming Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, compliance, corporate finance, and international financial management
Experience supporting global expansion within complex, multi-entity organisations
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence Board and executive decision-making
Strong understanding of ERP architecture, finance systems integration, and digital finance transformation
Experience implementing business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent
Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation within finance
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing AI and Generative AI strategies within Finance, with a strong focus on practical use cases that improve forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, automation, and executive decision-making
Proven ability to identify and deliver measurable business value from AI initiatives, including improved productivity, forecast accuracy, operational efficiency, and financial insight
Strong understanding of responsible AI governance, including financial data security, privacy, accuracy, auditability, human oversight, and risk management
Strategic financial leadership with deep expertise in corporate finance and enterprise value creation
Exceptional commercial judgement with the ability to translate financial insight into strategic business outcomes
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence Boards, executives, and stakeholders across a global organisation
