Chief Executive Officer

About This Role

Leading the operations of Seaboard Federal Credit Union, the Chief Executive Officer will ensure financial stability while driving innovation and strategic objectives. This role suits a visionary leader who is adaptable and understands the cooperative purpose of the Credit Union.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operations of the Credit Union to ensure financial stability
• Work with the Board of Directors to establish short-term and long-range strategic objectives, plans, and policies
• Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of all operations, leading change where necessary
• Develop and maintain organizational structure
• Develop and retain effective, member-focused and accountable leaders
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and the Credit Union’s policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in the financial sector
• Minimum of 5 years in management at a financial institution
• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
• Solid organizational, analytical, and tactical skills
