About This Role
This executive leadership role is for a Chief Executive Officer to lead a well-established nonprofit organization with a strong reputation, talented leadership team, dedicated staff, and longstanding partnerships throughout Montana's criminal justice and behavioral health systems. The CEO will guide organizational culture and leadership development, and shape the future of community corrections and reentry services in Montana.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences or Business Management and five years of experience in correctional or social services
- Management and supervisory experience
- Strong budgeting and fiscal management skills
- Public relations and stakeholder engagement experience
OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences and eight years of experience in correctional or social services
- Management and supervisory experience
- Strong budgeting and fiscal management skills
- Public relations and stakeholder engagement experience
Nice to have:
