Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's business strategies, long-term objectives, and growth plans
- Lead the organisation towards sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and potential markets locally and internationally
- Oversee the company's daily operations, business performance, and organisational efficiency
- Establish operational policies, performance indicators (KPIs), and management reporting systems
- Ensure business activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives
- Manage budgets, financial planning, cash flow, revenue targets, and cost-control initiatives
- Monitor financial performance and implement measures to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Work closely with finance and management teams to ensure sound financial governance
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients, business partners, investors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders and business counterparts in China and other international markets
- Lead cross-border business discussions, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnership development
- Provide executive leadership and direction to department heads and senior management teams
- Build a high-performance organisational culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and innovation
- Oversee talent development, succession planning, recruitment, and employee performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 14
-15 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial experience in senior management, executive leadership, or CEO-level positions
- Demonstrated experience in leading business operations, strategic planning, financial management, and organisational development
- A proven track record of achieving business growth, improving profitability, and managing organisational performance
- Strong experience in international business development, strategic partnerships, and cross-border stakeholder management
- Good knowledge of corporate governance, financial controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent command of spoken and written English for international business communication, executive presentations, negotiations, and corporate reporting
