The Company
A global leader in elastomeric insulation systems, the company operates 21 production facilities worldwide and is dedicated to developing and manufacturing advanced thermal and acoustic insulation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with bankers and financial institutions.
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions while providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.
- Partner with and support the CEO in financial planning, business decision-making, and the execution of key strategic initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Analyze complex financial matters and propose practical, alternative solutions to support informed management decisions.
- Direct and oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and other critical financial operations.
Requirements
- Possess a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ICMA, CPA) or a degree in Accounting from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a well-established manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of audit experience with mid-to-large sized audit firms.
- Prior experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) will be considered an added advantage.
