Join Axima Réfrigération, a major player in refrigeration in France, and integrate into an expert and committed team!
You will put your skills into action directly on the field, with our industrial clients, intervening on refrigeration installations mainly in CO2 and NH3. You will be responsible for the proper execution of the sites (assembly and commissioning).
Your missions:
- Ensure the assembly, commissioning, and control of commercial and industrial refrigeration installations
- Prepare, organize, and supervise the sites while ensuring compliance with plans, standards, and safety rules
- Coordinate and supervise the teams of refrigeration installers as well as subcontractors
- Lead site meetings and ensure smooth communication with the project manager and site supervisors
- Monitor the progress of work, ensure regular reporting, and adhere to the schedule
- Read, update, and ensure the reconciliation of plans
- Guarantee the quality of the work performed and the technical compliance of installations
- Maintain a close relationship with industrial clients
- Handle refrigerants in compliance with current regulations
- Ensure regional mobility
Your profile:
- Ideally from a Bac to Bac+3 training in Refrigeration / Climate Engineering.
- Possess the certificate for handling refrigerants (Cat. 1).
- Experience in site management.
- Driving license B required.
- Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of service are your allies
- Night shifts may be expected.
