About This Role
The Chauffeur provides exceptional transportation services, ensuring safe, timely, and courteous travel experiences for clients. This role involves operating various vehicle types and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment, requiring energy, reliability, and a customer-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles including limousines, shuttle buses, school buses, and commercial vehicles to transport clients or goods efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing their needs courteously
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met and report any issues promptly
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to maintain a safe driving environment at all times
- Manage routes effectively, adjusting as needed for traffic or client requests while maintaining punctuality
- Assist with heavy lifting or loading/unloading cargo when required, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns during transit
Requirements
- Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine services with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction
- Valid driver
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance best practices
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading or unloading cargo safely
- Strong attention to detail for route planning, vehicle upkeep, and safety compliance
