Chartered Valuation Surveyor Associate

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and detailed market research
• Support Landlord & Tenant matters, including Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Work collaboratively across departments to provide integrated services
• Mentor and develop junior team members

Requirements

• Proven valuation experience, preferably within a chartered surveying practice
• RICS Chartered status and Registered Valuer
• Strong experience in residential and/or commercial property valuations
• Knowledge of market trends, regulations, and valuation standards
• Ability to produce accurate, well-reasoned reports
• Track record in managing client relationships and generating business
• Driving licence and willingness to travel
• Ambitious, proactive, and team-oriented
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Commercially aware and growth-focused
• Adaptable and resilient
