Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control the company's books of accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as GST, Ind AS, Companies Act, Income Tax, and TDS.
- Train and guide the accounting team with legal updates and process improvements.
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
- Work with teams and customers to control outstanding dues.
- Review and scrutinize ledger accounts monthly and perform necessary reconciliations.
- Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and handle computation and accounting of depreciation.
