About the role
We are seeking a Charge RN - Surgery to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight of surgical services while maintaining hands-on patient care as a circulating nurse across all specialties. This role ensures safe, efficient, and compliant perioperative care through real-time coordination and intraoperative nursing .
Qualifications Include
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California RN License and BLS certification
- NIH Stroke Scale certification within 90 days
- At least 1 year of nursing experience with leadership demonstrated
Preferred Skills
- Circulating OR experience, BSN, 3-5 years recent OR work
- Leadership or charge experience, CNOR certification preferred
