Role Overview Responsible for coordinating the delivery of quality nursing care for patients across all age groups during their shift, managing operational issues, and providing clinical care as needed based on census demands.

- Serve as a resource and provide guidance to nursing staff.
- Ensure adherence to clinical standards and operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Minimum of one year of hospital nursing experience; two or more years preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Georgia or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
- Bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certification preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical competency.
