- Responsibilities: Oversee patient flow, staff assignments, and daily operations; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and evidence-based practices; support recovery and promote quality of life for patients.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 2 years of RN experience in relevant area; 6 months of leadership or relief charge RN experience; valid California RN license; BLS certification.
- Skills: Strong clinical expertise, leadership, teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety standards.
