Role: The Orthopedic Surgery Charge Nurse (RN) is a leadership position within a 16-bed Med Surg unit, primarily overseeing patient care, mentoring staff, and ensuring clinical excellence.
- Responsibilities: Lead shift operations, facilitate patient throughput, assist with clinical tasks, perform audits to ensure quality documentation, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
