Qualifications & Skills
- Associate or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
- Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS (or equivalent), required upon hire.
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and commitment to professional development.
