Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

- Patient Care & Coordination: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and implement care plans, prioritize patient flow, and document care activities.

- Professional Growth & Leadership: Maintain licensure, pursue ongoing training, mentor colleagues, and foster a supportive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards
