A leading financial services organization is seeking a Channel Strategy & Partnerships Assistant Manager to support the development and execution of customer and channel growth strategies within the bancassurance business. This role offers exposure to partnership management, customer proposition development, marketing initiatives, and strategic projects that drive business growth across banking distribution channels.
Your New Role
- Support the development and implementation of channel growth and customer engagement strategies for bancassurance/ channel partners.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external distribution partners to identify business opportunities and enhance customer propositions.
- Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitive developments to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, distribution, and operations teams to drive go-to-market activities and customer campaigns.
- Monitor business performance, sales trends, and key metrics, providing recommendations to improve outcomes and customer experience.
- Assist in the execution of partnership, marketing, and business development initiatives to strengthen channel performance.
- Participate in strategic projects aimed at improving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention within the bancassurance channel.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Degree holder with 4-7 years of relevant experience in bancassurance, insurance, financial services, partnership management, business development, channel marketing, or product marketing.
- Strong understanding of banking distribution channels and customer acquisition strategies.
- Experience working with external partners, stakeholders, or distribution channels is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
