Job Description
- Monitor and maintain store inventory.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning at store.
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives/sales.
- Analyze product performace at store and giving out solutions to achieve sales target.
- Coordinate with Product Management team for developing promotion plan to boost sales target.
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates.
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs if it is needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven minimum 2 years experience as a Channel Management/Sales Operation/Key Account is required for this position
- Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
- Good excel skill : Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot
- Proficiency in English is a must (written & oral)
- Experienced from Retail industry especially Retail Electronic or FMCG industry
- Tech Savvy (up to date with current gadget trend or HP accessories)
- Has experience in promotion field
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical thinking & good Problem-solving attitude, negotiation & relationship management with channels
- Willing to travel
- Willing to work in West Jakarta Office (full WFO)
