About the role
Job Summary:
- Basic Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 per month, depending on relevant experience
- Working Days: 6-day rotating roster
- Working Hours: 8 hours per shift
- Location: Changi Airport
- Joining Bonus: $5,000
- AWS & Variable Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist passengers with check-in procedures and general enquiries to ensure a pleasant airport experience.
- Support passengers throughout their arrival and departure journey.
- Provide assistance to passengers with special requirements and attend to guests at premium airport lounges.
- Assist passengers with baggage-related matters and manage access to designated FAST Assistance queues.
- Perform meet-and-greet and reception duties while providing professional customer service.
- Handle basic computer transactions and update relevant passenger information when required.
