About the Opportunity
The Change Management and Internal Comms Strategist guides the organization through rapid growth by developing clear internal communications and effective change enablement strategies. This role helps teams understand, adopt, and successfully navigate new tools, processes, systems, and organizational changes. The position is critical to maintaining alignment, strengthening adoption, and ensuring teams move forward cohesively during periods of transformation.
Responsibilities
• Lead organizational messaging for new tools, processes, systems, and structural changes.
• Develop change management playbooks tailored to new systems, process updates, and operational initiatives.
• Design and deliver training programs, guides, workshops, and enablement sessions to support adoption.
• Measure adoption rates, gather employee feedback, and use insights to improve change strategies.
• Manage monthly town halls, including executive preparation, presentations, communications, and logistics.
• Collaborate with leadership and project leads to align change management strategies with broader operational plans.
• Develop multi-channel communication strategies that effectively reach diverse internal audiences.
• Translate complex organizational or technical changes into clear, engaging, and actionable communications.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, organizational enablement, or business operations within a high-growth technology environment.
• Proven success developing and managing change initiatives that achieve strong adoption and engagement.
• Experience creating multi-channel communication plans and change management playbooks.
• Strong written communication skills and experience developing training and enablement materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, organizational development, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to translate complex changes into clear and accessible communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies suited to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience creating engaging educational content and facilitating interactive workshops.
• Strong listening and feedback-gathering skills with the ability to incorporate employee input into change strategies.
• Ability to effectively bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
• Competitive base salary plus equity options.
- • Salary range: $120,000–$160,000 USD per year .
