We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Certified Surgical Tech to join our Main OR team in La Crosse, WI!
What you will do:
- Work 36 hours/week
- Week 1: Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-10:30pm
- Week 2: Tuesday-Thursday 1:00pm - 10:30pm, Friday 12:30-8:00pm
- No night or weekend call requirements
- Holiday Rotation: 1-2 holidays per year
- Assists physician as scrub person according to prescribed standards. Assist RN in performing circulating duties as directed.
- Performs primarily in the scrub role preparing, selecting maintaining equipment, instruments, and supplies.
What you need:
- Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 2 years of hire date. This is not needed until 2 years AFTER start date.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
