US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) North Florida is seeking Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our premier anesthesia care team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading practice that provides high-quality anesthesia services across multiple locations.

Job Highlights
Position Highlights
- Flexible scheduling: Choose from a variety of shifts across multiple sites
- Work alongside a highly experienced team of anesthesiologists and CRNAs
- Adult-only cases – no pediatrics
- Opportunity to participate in obstetric and cardiothoracic cases (if desired)
- Cases include general, orthopedic, gynecologic, neurosurgical, and vascular procedures
- Typical supervision ratios: 1:3 or 1:4
- Regional proficiency not required (spinals and arterial lines performed)
- Call is optional and taken from home when applicable

- Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville: Comprehensive surgical services, including open heart, neuro, and complex oncologic cases through partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Center
- Baptist Medical Center South: Rapidly expanding with high-volume, full-service ORs
- Baptist Medical Center Beaches: Newly renovated 6-suite OR complex serving the coastal community
- Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute: Outpatient orthopedic surgery center and official partner of the Jacksonville Jaguars

Qualifications
- All USAP Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist must meet state licensure requirements.
- CRNAs must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
