About This Role

Caring for patients and residents in a post-acute and long-term care setting is the core of this Certified Nursing Assistant position. The role involves providing daily care, ensuring patient safety, and communicating effectively with both patients and the nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team member to provide excellent daily care for the patients and residents
• Provide safe bedside care and assistance delivered with integrity and compassion
• Communicate effectively to both patient/resident and nursing team members to ensure confidence and provide consistent care
• Build serving relationships with patients/residents, family members, and other team members
• Champion quality care and quality of life advocate for the customer experience

Requirements

• Certified in the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and write and accurately report
