We are seeking a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of professionals at Aviata at Fletcher. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our residents while demonstrating our company's core values of compassion, clinical excellence, and connection.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and life care standards in our skilled nursing home
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility, prioritizing their wellbeing and ensuring their dignity and independence
- Provide care and support to residents, including assistance with daily tasks, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status to ensure timely and effective care
- Participate in conducting rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents and provide assistance as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Florida CNA license
- Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
- Caregivers must complete our new hire orientation
