Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough, accurate home inspections from top to bottom
- Explain findings clearly to clients, on site and in the written report
- Represent Nighthawk with professionalism on every job
- Keep documentation consistent, detailed, and on time
- Build genuine relationships with clients and referral partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional home inspection experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly and in a non-alarmist way
- Reliable transportation
- A calm, confident presence and the ability to read the room, especially when findings are significant or emotions are high
- Strong technology aptitude and comfort learning inspection software, reporting tools, and field technology
- Genuine enthusiasm for inspection work and helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to safely use ladders, access roofs when appropriate, enter attics and crawlspaces, carry inspection equipment, and perform work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions
