- Mencuci dan memastikan seluruh peralatan dapur, seperti piring, gelas, serta peralatan memasak, dalam kondisi bersih, kering, dan siap digunakan.
- Menjaga kebersihan area kerja steward, termasuk lantai, dinding, meja kerja, dan area pencucian sesuai standar sanitasi.
- Melaksanakan kegiatan general cleaning secara rutin sesuai jadwal yang telah ditetapkan.
- Mengelola pembuangan sampah sesuai prosedur serta menjaga kebersihan area tempat sampah.
- Mendukung kelancaran operasional dapur dengan memastikan ketersediaan peralatan yang bersih selama operasional berlangsung.
