About This Role
As the Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping children and adolescents reach their academic potential and successfully transition into life. You will be the first point of contact for families, organizing and continuously developing the studio's operations while driving growth with your diverse skill set in consulting, organization, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop your center operationally and strategically with a focus on sustainable growth, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Consult with families individually, convincing them of the center's offerings and independently expanding the customer base while monitoring relevant KPIs to continuously improve results.
- Help open up real educational opportunities for children and adolescents through your efforts.
- Increase the visibility of your studio through local marketing measures, targeted actions, and personal engagement in the community.
- Coordinate your team of educators, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining oversight even with multiple tasks.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by creating genuine wow moments in direct contact and being a reliable point of contact on-site.
Requirements
- Sales personality with enthusiasm for convincing people and actively pursuing goals.
- Empathy and communication skills to quickly build trust and find individual solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset to recognize potential and drive change.
- Organizational talent to maintain oversight and ensure professional operations in the studio.
- Digital proficiency in using digital tools and office applications.
- Fluent in German (minimum C1) with clear and persuasive communication.
- Open to career changers from sales, hospitality, retail, or education, bringing motivation and a willingness to learn.
