About the role
Blue Ridge Haulers is looking for Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates from accredited truck driving programs, for regional no-touch dry van service. This is a weekly-home opportunity with consistent routing and predictable schedules.
Route & Schedule
- Regional lanes through OH, MI, KY, IN, and IL
- Home weekly on weekends, with a minimum 34-hour reset
- Typical pattern: out Monday, back Saturday morning
- Must be willing to run day or night shifts
Equipment & Freight
- 53' dry van trailers
- 100% no-touch freight
Mileage
- Average 1,500 to1,800 miles per week
Compensation
- Weekly pay of $1,200 to $1,500
- Trainee pay of $850/week for 4 to 6 weeks (under 6 months experience)
- Base pay typically $0.56 to $0.64 per mile, depending on experience and miles
- $15 stop pay, plus $40 load pay on most loads
- Up to $0.06/mile monthly performance bonus

Qualifications
- Minimum age 21 with a valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (120+ hours); new grads accepted
- Fair driving record — no major accidents, violations, or suspensions in the past 5 years; no recent DUIs
- Not terminated from most recent employer for safety reasons
- Consistent 10-year work history — no more than 6 months unemployed in the last year, or 12 months in the last 3 (school/training exceptions apply)
- Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens, background checks, and other required verifications
