Your Pay
- $1,200 to $1,500 average weekly gross
- $60,000 to $65,000 annually, more with previous experience
- Starts at $0.55 CPM, climbs to $0.61 CPM by month 6
- Higher starting rate available based on previous experience
- Up to $0.06 per mile monthly bonus based on prior month's miles
- Bonus pays out monthly on top of your mileage rate
- Weekly guarantee requires 5 to 6 days worked
- $300 orientation completion bonus
New CDL Graduate Path
Recent CDL-A graduate from an accredited program with 120 or more verified training hours? You qualify:
- Structured mentorship before solo dispatch
- Pay guaranteed throughout training
- No prior trucking experience required
The Operation
- Dedicated regional reefer lanes across California, Nevada, and Arizona
- Goal of 3 turns per week, approximately 6 loads
- Sunday off each week, with option to keep running if freight demands it
- Consistent dedicated customers, same area every week

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A, 21 or older
- New CDL graduate with 120 or more accredited training hours, or previous tractor-trailer experience
- Pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen required
- No at-fault accidents or major violations within the past 3 years
- No DUI in the last 5 years
- Employment gaps limited to 6 months within the past year, 12 months across the past 3 years
