About the role
Now hiring CDL-A drivers for a regional run covering IL, IN, OH, and MI. Drivers average $1,750 to $2,150 per week with consistent freight and a predictable schedule.
Pay & Bonuses
- Average weekly earnings: $1,750 to $2,150
- Mileage rate: $0.80 to $0.86 CPM based on experience
- Unload pay: $325 per trailer (most drivers complete 3 unloads weekly)
- Sign-on bonus: $2,500 paid out over your first 6 months
- Paid account-specific training: $150 per day for 3 to 6 days
The Run
- Regional lanes within 500 miles of home, covering IL, IN, OH, and MI
- Deliveries made by sliding boxes onto a conveyor belt, no merchandising and no in-store work required
- Drop and hook style unloads, store staff handle inventory off the belt
Home Time & Equipment
- Home weekly, guaranteed at least one weekend day off
- Take your truck home during your time off
- Bring a pet and a passenger starting day one (after training period)

Requirements
- Minimum 3 months verifiable Class A CDL experience (OTR, Regional, or Local) in the last 3 years
- No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests, ever
- Stable work history: no more than 4 jobs in the last year, 6 in the last 2 years, or 8 in the last 3 years
- No safety-related terminations from your most recent employer (if previously terminated for safety, 6 months clean with another carrier required)
- Maximum 1 preventable accident in the last 3 years (3 total incidents max)
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months, max 3 in the last 3 years
