What You'll Earn:
- Average weekly gross of $1,300 to $1,500, top performers over $1,800
- Per-mile rate of $0.54 to $0.60 based on experience
- Guaranteed $1,200/week gross (or mileage pay, whichever is greater) your first 6 months
- $2,000 total sign-on bonus over your first 3 months
- Performance bonus up to 3 CPM tied to safety, mileage, and productivity
- Schedule: 12 days out, 2 days home
Freight & Trucks:
- No-touch freight, 70% drop and hook
- All 48 states, freight concentrated east of I-35
- Double bunks and automatic transmission in every truck

- Trainer program available: extra $250/week plus mileage bonus, requires 1+ year OTR experience

Requirements:
- Must be 21 or older
- Class A CDL valid in one state only
- Valid driver's license for the past 12 consecutive months
- Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months (or qualify via Extended Road Test)
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
- No preventable CMV accidents in the last 5 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 10 years while holding a CDL-A
- Must pass hair follicle and urine drug test and DOT physical
