- $300 bonus when you finish orientation
Just Got Your CDL
Graduated from an accredited CDL program with 120 or more verified training hours? You're eligible for paid mentorship:
- 4 to 6 weeks running with an experienced trainer before you solo
- Paycheck guaranteed the entire time you're in training
- Start at $0.56 CPM the moment training ends
- No prior trucking experience required
How This Run Works
- 11 western states, dedicated lanes, consistent freight
- Dispatch runs both day and night windows depending on your route
- No-touch freight only, 60% drop and hook, 40% live load
- Home time every two weeks on a fixed, pre-planned schedule
- Late-model assigned equipment, 2022 to 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth

Who Qualifies
- CDL-A, valid, 21 or older
- 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience, or recent CDL graduate with 120 or more accredited training hours
- Pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen required
- No at-fault accidents or major violations in the past 3 years
- No DUI within the last 5 years
- Employment gap limits: 6 months within the past year, 12 months across the past 3 years
